Working as a time served carpenter for 13 years I have used my knowledge of the trade to form a company that meets the needs of all the clients we work with.

Using methods learned first-hand, from working on site myself, we have systems of work that ensure quality and time keeping to the highest level.

Our ultimate goal at R3 Carpentry Southern is to the be the undisputed number one carpentry contractor in the South of England.

Gary has over 30 years in carpentry and residential new build, and his knowledge is second to none. It is Gary’s responsibility to organise and control labour across all of our sites including checking and monitoring the quality of work, keeping up to date with toolbox talks, SHE reports and HSE changes.

It is also Gary’s responsibility to control labour levels on site to ensure we are adhering to our clients’ strict programmes.

Katie has been with us from day one and is an integral part of our team.

Her duties include supervising and monitoring the work of our office staff, processing invoices, managing office budgets and implementing and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.

Katie is also our customer care organiser, making sure that any of our customer defects are dealt with promptly and to a high standard by organising material, labour and orders for defect work.
