My name is Danny Robinson and I am the owner here at R3 Carpentry Southern, here at r3 carpentry southern we pride ourselves on being Hampshire’s premier home improvement and house building specialist.
My team and I are honest and hardworking professionals and our aim is to change the poor reputation the construction industry has. Not all companies, but a good few unfortunate resort to cutting corners and/or providing sub-standard labour to carry out their work obligations.
I choose my staff carefully and expect all of them to provide my client with a hassle free and easy flowing project experience. This is why we are confident enough to offer all of our clients a lifetime guarantee on all of our work for as long as they live in the property. This gives all of our clients peace of mind that the investment they are making into their property is going to last and stand the test of time.
We cannot always guarantee the best price in this marketplace. In actual fact, we can likely guarantee not to have the best price, but we can guarantee a job that is built to last, and peace of mind that no corners will ever be cut. Qualifications
Gary has over 30 years in carpentry and residential new build, and his knowledge is second to none. It is Gary’s responsibility to organise and control labour across all of our sites including checking and monitoring the quality of work, keeping up to date with toolbox talks, SHE reports and HSE changes.
It is also Gary’s responsibility to control labour levels on site to ensure we are adhering to our clients’ strict programmes.

Office Manager
Katie has been with us from day one and is an integral part of our team.
Her duties include supervising and monitoring the work of our office staff, processing invoices, managing office budgets and implementing and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
Katie is also our customer care organiser, making sure that any of our customer defects are dealt with promptly and to a high standard by organising material, labour and orders for defect work.

Customer Care
The service to your company continues after the customer has settled in. Although we do everything possible to eliminate customer care, unfortunately when working on large construction sites not all problems can be avoided.
We have dedicated expert carpenters who are friendly, courteous and professional individuals who will give your customer the best experience possible if any issues arise.
Our admin team liaise with your company, the customer and our carpenters, to ensure effective communication throughout, making the whole process as customer-friendly as possible

We are dedicated to implementing quality management procedures.
In a trade with ever changing systems and methods we consistently record carpentry issues which we then analyse with our highly skilled carpenters and site team so we can rectify the issue.
Prior to handing over to our clients a member of our Quality Management team will carry out checks ensuring a quality finished product and giving our client time to focus on other issues in a ever demanding industry.
Through our policies we set out to make a positive contribution within the communities in which we operates – economically, environmentally and socially. Our overall aim is to adopt best practice in all that we do across all aspects of our business.
