Our team at R3 Property is making excellent progress on an exciting extension project for a valued private client in Chichester. This substantial addition to their property commenced just prior to the holiday season, and through the dedicated efforts of our skilled tradesmen and project managers, we achieved the major milestone of completing the exterior shell and ensuring it was fully weathertight before Christmas. This enabled our clients to relax and fully enjoy their festive celebrations with peace of mind, while we continued to drive the project forward.

Now that the new year is underway, our focus has shifted to the interior fit-out phase. The plastering work is well advanced, with our experienced contractors working diligently to create pristine surfaces that will provide the perfect canvas for our client’s chosen décor.

In the coming days, a key milestone will be the installation of the kitchen – the heart of any home. Our team is working closely with the client's nominated supplier to ensure the cabinetry and appliances are delivered and fitted to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
