Pallant Homes Project Completion

We are proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive carpentry package for Pallant Homes’ latest development, an impressive collection of 11 brand new homes featuring 2, 3, and 4 bedroom layouts. Our skilled team of carpenters and tradesmen worked diligently to deliver top-quality workmanship across all aspects of the project, including the installation of joists, roof trusses, cladding, and the meticulous execution of both first and second fix carpentry, as well as the final finishing touches. Despite facing challenges such as inclement weather conditions, unforeseen delays, and occasional material shortages, our dedicated operatives remained focused and adapted to keep the project moving forward, ultimately meeting all of our client’s deadlines.

Behind the scenes, our office staff and management team worked closely with Pallant Homes to address any contract variations that arose, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the process. This proactive approach allowed us to deliver the project within the agreed-upon budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
